Work with individuals and groups

Depending on the purpose

It is often said that group therapy is effective. I have tried group therapy, but it has never seemed to me that the effect wazs anything other than to divide the gains by the number in the group.

If the purpose is therapy, I don’t see any advantage in working in a group. The larger the group the more difficult it becomes to take account of thjes individuals and their particular strengths and needs.

But in training, there is great advantage in the group dynamic.
