Affected by Developmental Language Disorder
If nobody understands what you are saying it feels like either nobody is listening orf you’re living in a different world. Neither of those things feels good.
As a speech and language therapist, I can take referrals from anyone, teachers, GPs, parents, or those effected. I have once had a self referral in the middle of the school hall by a six year old. He was absolutely correct. He made astonishingly fast progress in therapy.
